The programme is aimed at current and prospective ORLEN suppliers – businesses of all sizes interested in establishing or developing cooperation.

 

Its purpose is to create a structured dialogue with the contractor market, helping companies plan their resources and prepare their organisations for ORLEN's upcoming projects through capability building and long-term cooperation.

No. The forum is an information and networking event. Attendance is not part of any procurement procedure and does not create any obligations.

Fill out the registration form on the page of the selected event. After submitting, your application will be verified, and you will subsequently receive a registration confirmation via email.

Application verification usually takes a few days, depending on the volume of submissions. You will receive confirmation of your participation via email and SMS.

Up to two people from each company may normally attend. In justified cases, we may make an exception. To request additional places, email us at konferencjezakupy@orlen.pl.

No, accommodation costs are covered by the participants themselves.

No. At the entrance, simply provide the details used during registration – your first name, last name, and the company you represent.

A brochure containing a compendium of knowledge for suppliers is available on our website [link]. Presentations used during the Supplier Forum are not shared after the event. We encourage you to participate in the meeting to fully benefit from the content presented and the opportunity to have direct discussions with ORLEN experts.
